Just want to share my 2 month review with Herbalife product here..its my journey and I don't want to forget it.
Ok firstly,
Why i decide to diet with Herbalife?
1) I have try so many ways to diet..Keto/Atkins/IF..you just named it, all I try and failed!😭
2)I keep gaining weight from 60kg till i become obese 72kg (my ideal weight: 46.8- 63.2kg)
3)I keep falling sick, I take MC every month. Luckily im not get fired.hmm
4)I feels tired and so lazy
5)Friends and family keep saying 'Eh..dah nampak gemuk laa..ko pregnant ke?😟
How Herbalife attract me?
Herbalife is not something new for me, I already knew it since 2017. My friend succeed in shaping her body with this product, and she did introduce me to 1 of her coach, but at that time I refuse to join since I still can't afford it and I feels that my weight is only 60kg I could just try to diet by myself, my husband also said this product might worse my current health ( I have undergo 2 times breast surgery, have stone bladder in me, I had TB previously and get recovered after 6month) Hospital is really like my 2nd home..but its okay, 'Sakit itu penghapus dosa' and I believe all this is Allah S.W.T test for me., Which i understand my husband concern at the time.
How i could trust this product can reduce weight and safe for my body?
Actually at first I also cannot trust. But I keep thinking my weight is increasing no matter what kind of diet I try..I loss weight after 1 month but then double after the next month..if continue like this, soon I could die because of obesity! So I only have 2 option either die because of obesity or die because of this product?
So no other way, I better try something! This product also halal and already in industry globally since 1980. If it is bad, surely had been removed from industry.
I made up my mind to try this Herbalife nutrition on 30 April 2020(At last after 3 years) I contact my current coach now and pay RM 370..I feels its quite pricey for me but I really have to do something! And on 5 May 2020, I got to try my first shake!on fasting month.
After 1 week, I started to feels little bit dizzy. My coach said it is normal for some people, and yes, after 2 weeks dizzy is gone and I feels more energatic even during fasting.
What is the difference from other diet I had try?
Not just knowledge but the feelings of motivation is something I miss everytime I try to diet before. This coaching group is really helpful in my weight loss because everyone have same mind and goal as me 'To lose weight and become healthy!' plus I only need to cook once in a day. See how lazy am I🤭😂
My result?
This part what everyone want to see first right..not all the rubbish talk up there..haha..alright..Now just let the pic talk😄
Today 5kg weight loss! I still can eat rice, Lemang, rendang, my favourite tart nenas, chocojar during hari raya..and now Durian Season!
I am so happy with this weight loss program! Even my progress is much slower than others, but I feels happy I can eat all my favourite food. Just take care of my daily food intake and calory deficit. Easy right😁
And now I started to follow my meal plan, no cheating anymore. I hope that I can be more discipline for the next coaching July 2020..waiting for my next blog ya😘
